  • 16 oz package of ground turkey
  • ½ c shredded cheese
  • 5 c shredded lettuce
  • ½ c chopped tomatoes
  • 4 pickle spears
  • 4 tbsp lite thousand island dressing

Instructions

  • Brown ground turkey.
  • Divide lettuce between 2 bowls.
  • Add tomatoes to each bowl.
  • Chop up pickle spears and add them to each bowl.
  • Drain ground turkey and divide between each bowl.
  • Divide shredded cheese to each bowl.
  • Drizzle thousand island dressing over top.

Notes

My husband does not like pickles so I left them off of his. This was extremely quick to get dinner on the table, about 15-30 minutes total. I bought a bag of shredded lettuce, and used a Mexican blend shredded cheese for mine, as well as Plum tomatoes – but you can use any type of tomatoes.
