Big Mac in a Bowl
This recipe will remind you of a Big Mac. If you love the Big Mac, you will love this recipe – a healthy version of a Big Mac. I use ground turkey for my Big Mac in a bowl, but you can use ground beef if you would like.

Ingredients
- 16 oz package of ground turkey
- ½ c shredded cheese
- 5 c shredded lettuce
- ½ c chopped tomatoes
- 4 pickle spears
- 4 tbsp lite thousand island dressing
Instructions
- Brown ground turkey.
- Divide lettuce between 2 bowls.
- Add tomatoes to each bowl.
- Chop up pickle spears and add them to each bowl.
- Drain ground turkey and divide between each bowl.
- Divide shredded cheese to each bowl.
- Drizzle thousand island dressing over top.
Notes
My husband does not like pickles so I left them off of his. This was extremely quick to get dinner on the table, about 15-30 minutes total. I bought a bag of shredded lettuce, and used a Mexican blend shredded cheese for mine, as well as Plum tomatoes – but you can use any type of tomatoes.
