Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 bananas
- ½ c rolled oats
- ½ c pomegranate juice
- 1-2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. raw sunflower seeds
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except blueberries in microwave bowl and heat 10-13 minutes.
- Add blueberries, stir into mixture, heat for 3-5 minutes longer. Total cooking time will depend on if blueberries are fresh or frozen.
