Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 bananas
  • ½ c rolled oats
  • ½ c pomegranate juice
  • 1-2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. raw sunflower seeds

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except blueberries in microwave bowl and heat 10-13 minutes. 
  • Add blueberries, stir into mixture, heat for 3-5 minutes longer. Total cooking time will depend on if blueberries are fresh or frozen.
