Ingredients
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 ripe banana
- 1- cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4- cup raisins
- 1/8- cup pomegranate juice
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped dates
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp. finely chopped sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp. ground flax seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 275
- Chop all nuts in food processor and add black beans, and dates puree together
- Mash banana in large bowl, add pureed beans and nuts, and remaining ingredients
- Wipe a square baking pan with olive or coconut oil, spread mixture into the pan.
- Bake for 75 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Refrigerate remaining bars in oven.
