  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp raw honey
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 2 small cloves of garlic
  • Optional – red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Combineall ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Use with the spring rolls.
