Ingredients

  • 1 - 1 ½ pounds ground pork or veal
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Mix all together in large bowl, put in baking dish.
