Struggle

What may be a constant struggle for you is a constant struggle for most people, including me.  
I struggle daily with not eating the foods that are not the most nutritious for me, the foods from the fast food and quick service restaurants, they taste good, but I know there is little nutritional value in them.  

I have worked since 2001 at Domino’s Pizza, in various positions. Even though I know the food is not good for me, and I bring my own lunch on the days I work, I often succumb to the temptation to eat a slice of pizza or some chicken wings. Is there really anything wrong with the occasional mishap – no I don’t think so. Its when you are constantly eating  this type of food that the health problems start. I try to follow the 80/20 rule – 80% of the time I eat a very nutritious diet high in fruits and veggies, and 20% of the time I eat whatever I feel like eating.
