Brown ground chuck with Tbsp Worcestershire sauce, and drain.
Chop eggplant, onion, pepper, zuchinni, and yellow squash into small to medium size pieces.
Put all in bowl with mushrooms. Add in beef, tomatoes, sauce, and ½ cup cheese. Add in spices as desired.
Stir all together and put in casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese over top. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
Let sit for at least 30 minutes before serving.
