coconut or olive oil

chopped broccoli

chopped mushrooms

chopped tomatoes

spinach chopped

cooked quinoa
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the coconut or olive oil in a sauté pan over medium heat.
Add the veggies and cook about 10 minutes until tender.
Add the quinoa, sea salt and pepper to the pan and combine.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes or until quinoa is warm.
