Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3-4 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
  • ¼ cup organic maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp tamari
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ½ chili pepper to add a little spice

Instructions

  • Combine all in a blender and blend, add more water if dressing is too thick, makes 23 ounces.
