Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale washed and dried
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • ½ Tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ Tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ Tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Tear the kale into 1-2 inch pieces. Toss in large bowl with the oil,making sure leaves are covered evenly. Add spices and toss well.
  • Arrange the kale on baking sheets; cook one sheet at a time. Cook 16-18 minutes until crisp. Allow chips to cool, eat immediately, or store in container.
