Instructions
In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat the oil. Add the onion, garlic and fennel and cook for 10 minutes until soft.
Add the stock, tomatoes with juice and salt. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
