- 2 cups almond butter
- ⅔ cup coconut flour sifted
- ⅔ cup maple syrup
- 4 heaping tablespoons 4 scoops
Mix all ingredients until they come together. Be patient, it will come together.
Once the mixture stops sticking to the spatula, put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll into balls.
Keep in the fridge, and eat for a quick protein fix whenever.
