pkg 100 % buckwheat soba noodles

red pepper
thinly sliced

celery

Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil, add the soba noodles to water and cook for 7-9 minutes stirring occasionally
Empty noodles into a colander and run cold water over them to remove the starch
Combine the noodles and veggies in a large bowl.
Whisk together the garlic, ginger, toasted sesame oil, lime juice, brown rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar and salt to create the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss. Garnish with cilantro and toasted sesame seeds.
