Ingredients

cashews
soak for 2-3 hours and rinse before using

water

raw honey or organic maple syrup

pure vanilla extract
Pinch
of sea salt

chia seeds
Instructions
In a blender combine everything except Chia Seeds, blend until smooth and creamy.
Add chia seeds and blend lightly. Pour into large bowl or jar and refrigerate overnight.
Notes
You can eat this anytime during the day, add topping of your choice when serving. This will last about a week in the fridge.
