Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Line the muffin tin with liners or grease with coconut oil
Mix the almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and cardamom in a bowl
Combine the vanilla honey or syrup and eggs and mix well in a different bowl
Add wet and dry ingredients together and mix well
Add the blueberries and mix well
Divide the batter among the muffin cups
Sprinkle the chia seeds over the top of each muffin
Bake the muffins for 20 minutes until the tops of the muffins are light brown and firm
Cool on rack
