Ingredients
- 1 bunch kale washed and dried
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ Tsp. ground cumin
- ¼ Tsp. sea salt
- ¼ Tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Tear the kale into 1-2 inch pieces. Toss in large bowl with the oil,making sure leaves are covered evenly. Add spices and toss well.
- Arrange the kale on baking sheets; cook one sheet at a time. Cook 16-18 minutes until crisp. Allow chips to cool, eat immediately, or store in container.
