- ½ cup water
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3-4 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
- ¼ cup organic maple syrup
- 3 tbsp tamari
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- ½ chili pepper to add a little spice
Instructions
- Combine all in a blender and blend, add more water if dressing is too thick, makes 23 ounces.
